2. Service Description
Sales For You provides a custom disc-burning service. We fulfill requests to transfer specific films, shows, or albums onto physical media (DVD/CD) for personal, non-commercial use. We do not claim ownership or copyright over the content requested; we are strictly providing a data-transfer and media-authoring service.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., if a requested title is entirely impossible to source). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD). We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the item has been dispatched, but we will assist in resolving lost packages.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because each disc is custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, all discs are tested before dispatch. If a disc arrives damaged or fails to play, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
